A New Business Identity
In mid 2006 the Coventry Group secured the businesses of Cornall Merchandise, Howard Silvers and FJS. From December 1, 2007, these amalgamated businesses became known as artia™.

The process and journey to integrate these businesses have been lengthy and presented its range of both complexities and challenges. We have also launched a new computer system (Oracle) which has begun to streamline the existing business processes into a comprehensive management system.

Our strategy is now to elevate the profile of this new business through a strategic marketing process that will see the old names of Howard Silvers and Cornall retained but moved to more “brands” rather than trading identities.

To our customers the combination of the two businesses allows us to deliver a more comprehensive and broader range of products to the market inclusive of traditional Cabinet and Kitchen Hardware to Hospitality and Office Chair Components.

We value the relationships that have been established under the old business names and trust under the new name of artia™ we will continue to collectively grow these relationships and jointly prosper.
